The Club Health Mobile APP is designed to complement the Journey of Club Health Patients.
Through the APP our Patients can access their bespoke Training Plans to facilitate their recovery or performance. Each Plan is prescribed by the Club Health Practitioners without the use of algorithms, or off-the-shelf solutions.
The APP can be used in conjunction with in-house Treatments at one of our Clinics, or it may be used during periods of absence.
Through the APP, users can also access their appointment history & schedule, their Medical Records and articles on health, wellness & nutrition. The APP is integrated with
the Apple Health app so that the APP can show your burned calories, oxygen level and heart rate (if available) for better insights while you exercise. APP users can also access the Club Health E-shop via the APP or contact our Patient Care Team.
The applications content is made available through an all-access in-app purchase subscription within the app. There are 3 different all-access subscriptions which all provide a 7-day trial:
-3 months (quarterly subscription)
-6 months (semi-annual subscription)
-1 year (annual subscription)
You can manage or cancel your all-access subscription in your iTunes Account settings at any time. The subscription will be auto-renewed shortly before the subscription period ends, maintaining the same price and subscription type you previously purchased, unless you unsubscribe no later than 24 hours before the subscription ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can also pay for your subscription with App Store Gift Cards. At the time of purchase or renewal, a valid payment method must be deposited. By subscribing to Club Health, you are agreeing to the terms of the Apple App Store and Club Healths Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.
